Is the spring fork too long or is it like that because there's no weight on it? Looks wierd like the rocker is at a fucked up angle and the front and rear forks get closer together at the bottom. Maybe my eyes are fucked up. Guess I need to get out and come see it in person, huh?

I think it because there is no weight on it.It was on a trike so who really knows. They built some weird shit in the 70's.
